One of the greatest challenge we have in Africa is the Neglect of the girl child.
It's worrisome that the number of girls dropping out of school is steadily on the increase. Many in rural areas believe that girls are not entitle to education - most of this girls are married out as teenagers. sad indeed.
However, you and I can be a part of a new story for the girl child. I believe we can write a new history.
We are able if we are willing.
In line with our commitment and goals for the year. We are training 15 girls in ICT.
Two weeks ago on one of our missions field we started a free & comprehensive ICT training for secondary school girls.
The goal of this training is empowerment and discipleship.
This training is a platform to help redefine the lives of this young girls and give them a new direction for life.
We earnestly hope that this girls grow up to become all that God created them to be. That they become trained, discipled and useful to the kingdom, the society and their families.
Pray with us as we embark on this journey of making a difference in the lives of this young girls.
