How are you going with your plans and strategy for 2019. Seeying that 2018 is winding down.

Today, I want to bring something very vital to your attention, for your reflection.

Many people are merely excited about the end of the year and the beginning of a new year.

You however, shoudn't be carried away by all the hype and shallow excitement by careless and ignorant people. Dare to be different.
Let me tell you.
If you want to make meaningful progress next year. If you're interested in leading a productive and effective life in 2019, then  you should pay an undivided attention to what I'm about to say.

You need to really sit down and ask yourself vital life questions.

I've always told us here. Success is never attained by chance or as many call it luck. You need to plan, strategise and develop smart goals, to attain  sustainable success.

My dear friends what are you going to do differently to get a different result next year.

First, what are your 2019 Goals? Secondly, what plans would you put in place to achieve those goals?
Lastly, What sacrifice are you willing to make for the realization of your goals?

Now, i want you to get alone all by yourself - Look for a quiet place, get your writing materials and spend some quality time meditating on the above questions.

Now, if you can answer those questions meditatively and correctly, then there's no doubt you'll have a different outcome in 2019.

This's not the time to Jump around, have pity party with mediocrity and unguided people. This's the time to sit down with yourself to; Review, Revise and project for the future.

Make sure that before the end of 2018 or latest by the begining of next year, You're able to come up with clearly defined goals and target for 2019. They should be clear to you.

Dont just jump into the new year like every other person. Be delibrate, be intentional you will be amaze at how different your life will turn out.

You will be amaze at the kind of progress you would have made before the end of first quarter.

I got News for you! Nothing is going to be different next year untill you decide to DO differently.

MAKING THE NEEDED DIFFERENCE 

One of the greatest challenge we have in Africa is the Neglect of the girl child.

It's worrisome that the number of girls dropping out of school is steadily on the increase. Many in rural areas believe that girls are not entitle to education - most of this girls are married out as teenagers. sad indeed.

However, you and I can be a part of a new story for the girl child. I believe we can write a new history.

 We are able if we are willing.

In line with our commitment and goals for the year. We are training 15 girls in ICT.

Two weeks ago on one of our missions field we started a free & comprehensive ICT training for secondary school girls.

The goal of this training is empowerment and discipleship.

This training is a platform to help redefine the lives of this young girls and give them a new direction for life.

We earnestly hope that this girls grow up to become all that God created them to be. That they become trained, discipled and useful to the kingdom, the society and their families.

Pray with us as we embark on this journey of making a difference in the lives of this young girls.

The Bold Side

Heb 12:2-3 *Looking unto Jesus* the author and finisher of [our] faith; *who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.*

For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, *lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.*

The above scripture is powerful, I pray God will help us see the light therein.

Don't allow unpleasant moments make you doubt God's promises.

The sole agenda of Satan is to make us loose trust & confidence in God's plans & purposes for our lives.

 Like Eve in the garden; God gave them His word. However, the devil came and contradicted what God said.

Unfortunately she listened-it was a disaster.

The strategy of Satan has'nt change. He craftily put negative suggestions and doubt into our minds.

His goal is to make us doubt everything God represents in our life.

The greatest tragedy that can happen to any person is to believe the word of the devil over and above the word of God. That's why you must watch your thought & state of mind.

Eve chose to listen and obey the devil above God's instruction and plans for them.

Please get this, Stand on God's side. At the end you will discover it's worth it. Choose to believe God's word. Stand firm. Stand strong.

Refuse to give in to fear and defeat. The time has come to silence every contrary voice in your heard.

Jesus could have given up but he stood His ground and finished the course because He saw the end.

He saw you and I receiving eternal life, having fellowship with Him and the father, He saw us reconciled to God.

Jesus is asking; do you believe I can handle this situation?. Mathew 9:28

As I write this morning, I sense God telling me that somebody's soul is burdened with so many things.


Don't allow heaviness over take you.

Receive the peace of the Lord in your heart. Don't allow the enemy steal your joy and peace.


Don't allow the pressure of this world dampen your spirit.

 Don't allow the opinion and unreasonable expectations of other people cripple you.

Focus on Christ and your eternal destiny.

I have seen that one of the greatest challenge of the 21st century man is the inability to remain focus, persistent  and consistent, this has caused many people their place in destiny.
In this generation more and more people are finding it difficult to stay Focus.


 We are a generation that wants want everything fast and furious, and that's why we easily give up and never see consistent result.


If I had given up I Wouldn't have been where I am today. When I started out in life, I had countless reasons to give up. However, all that is history today because I stayed focused and remained resolute, I knew my potentials and I was determined to get positive results.


Some of the most intelligent and nice people around are broke and down, which means it takes much more than skills and knowledge to climb up the ladder of success.


 Please follow me carefully; One of the greatest virtue you must develop if you want to see tangible results and progress in life is the ability to stay focus on a goal until it begins to deliver to you the kind of result you desire.


 Don't run from challenges; don't be found always looking for the easy way out. Be bold and courageous, confront your fears until you overcome them, after all everyone has their fears; including successful people.


Hold on tenaciously and strong, because to get anything in life you must fight for it; life is a challenge and you must accept the challenge.


 Do not fall until you get to the finish line of victory. Life challenges should toughen and strengthen and not break us.


The're people who once something appear not to be working they quickly abandoned it and jump to something else they keep roaming prematurely and endlessly from one vision or project to the other. Until they eventually get frustrated and then quit.


You will never make meaningful progress that way.


The key to the breakthrough and progress you are looking for is in consistency, resilience and focus. Just remember that someone out there need what you carry. don't give up yet.


Don't look down on your abilities and potential. They can take you to unimaginable heights, if you can stay long enough to cultivate and allow it mature.


Don't give up yet, there is still hope. Hold on and never let go. The difference between those who get to destiny and those who didn't make it, is this secret I'm sharing with you today.


Things around you probably look difficult and tough right now. People of destiny never give up because of temporary pain and discomfort.


On your path to realizing your dreams and fulfilling your goals, challenges of all sort will come your way, people will mock you, some of them will betray you, those you hold in high esteem will let you down most of the time. But, you must stay on course my dear friend.


You are not alone, many great people who are doing exploit all over the world today have had to face numerous challenges yet they overcame, because they stayed on.


Life doesn't reward those who fall by the way side. You must keep going forward until you reach the mark.
God has given you abilities, gifts, potential, and talent.


 You can make it. You can achieve your goals. You have what it takes. He knows you can succeed, Yes! you will make it!



Where God is taking you to is more important than the difficulties you're facing right now; that's enough motivation to keep you going.


The difference between where you are now and where you ought to be is your willingness to keep going forward against all odds. If you stay on, you will surely hit the mark.
